Its often a good idea to have a few questions to hand when speaking to a new supplier. Below are a few of these questions we feel are vitally important for any order.

• What is the total price?
Seems a basic question! Unfortunately, some companies give you one price to get your order, then add things like embroidery set up charges, delivery and many other costs that greatly inflates the overall price.

At Diamond Print Express, we don't have any hidden extras. Any costs are made clear at the time of ordering and are totally transparent.

• Will I see a proof?
You must insist on seeing a proof before the embroidery goes ahead. This enables you to check spellings, colours and general layout and make any necessary changes. We send digital proofs via email, this enables you to see exactly how your embroidered logo will look.

• How long will my order take?
We have heard stories where customers have waited over a month to receive their order. Make sure you ask how long it will be for your order to be delivered.

Diamond print express offer a standard 7-10 working day service. We also offer a 4 day express service for those urgent orders. Please ask us for details as this express service must be agreed by ourselves as daily express slots are limited. This service is also dependent on you replying by return of email to our digital proof.

• Can you send me samples of the clothing or workwear before I go ahead?
If your not quite sure of what sizes or colours you need, it might be advisable to order samples before placing your embroidery order. You can order clothing samples on our e-commerce site at www.diamondprintexpress.co.uk If you decide you would like to use the samples as part of your embroidery order, just send them back to us and they will be credited to your final invoice.
