Ordering from Diamond Print Express is both easy and secure.

Browse through the site and all the categories and add the products to your cart that you would like to purchase. When you have everything in your cart that you require, click on 'Checkout'. Fill in your email and delivery information then click 'Continue'. Now add the rest of your payment details as requested.

Please note, we can only accept orders placed online. For security, we have found this to be the most reliable method.

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to most countries in the world. We do however reserve the right to refuse delivery to a few countries due to high cases of fraud.

Please note that we now only ship to your card address. We apologise if this causes an inconvenience but due to the high level of fraudulent transactions we have to do this to protect ourselves and keep our prices low. If we receive 3 orders from yourselves and the transactions go through ok, please contact us and we will ship to an address of your choice.

We love the clothing on this site and are sure you will do to. However, if you wish to return any items you may do so within 28 days for a refund. We are unable to offer a refund where goods have been washed or worn. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Please note that items must be sent back to us at your expense. For your own protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Prior to sending back your items, please send an email to sales@diamondprintexpress.co.uk for a returns number. Failure to do so may lead to delays processing your returns. We appreciate any feedback as to why you are returning the items.

Our postage charges are non refundable.

Washing/Care Instructions

We have ongoing tests on our t shirts & Clothing to monitor the quality of the shirt and the print/transfer. We strongly advise you to wash and iron your shirt as follows.

1. Wash at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius / 104 Fahrenheit with like colours.
2. Don't use bleach or any substances containing bleaching agents.
3. Wash inside out.
4. Don't tumble dry.
5. Iron inside out. Use a medium temperature on the iron.
6. Don't dry clean.

Please follow our advice as we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the shirt or design if this advice is not followed.

To decorate your new clothing, we use the latest in cut vinyl and screen printing technology. All our processes give a smooth hard wearing finish that's crack and fade resistant.

If you have an original, never seen before design in your mind that you think would look great on a shirt please let us know! If we decide to use your design we will send you a shirt complete with design and also enter you in our quarterly competition to win £50 of gear from www.diamondprintexpress.co.uk

Please note, we only want original designs or phrases submitting. Copies or slight alterations from other designs available on this site or others will not be considered.

Each quarter, we will have a look at all the designs entered and decide which one deserves front page glory on our site! If you win, we will let you know by email.
